my first pregnancy 30 weeks and 2 days and im just scared like how do i know when im about to have the baby ! how do i handle the pain does it really hurt that much.. will i make it to the hospital in time 🙊🙈

I just had my first child Wednesday and I was constantly texting my mom every day telling her I don't know how to tell when to go to the hospital and all this other stuff. I would always go with your gut feeling, if they feel more constant and maybe more painful time them for an hour! I also did look up labor signs and read a bunch of different signs women had. every girl is different here were mine, contractions got worse and 2 minutes apart, I had my "bloody show", I felt like I needed to poop even though I've already went before a few times and I felt very nauseous. but me I went from a 2cm to 10cm within like 4 hours I'm one of those few women lol.
trust me fear is a deep this you can't fight. when it happens just call 911 or a close family member or your significant other. when your baby is ready you'll feel like Braxton Hicks but ten times stronger. feels like you gotta poop or push that means the baby is upside down and ready. or your water breaks or even if you have a little gush and with how far you are get medical attention. I googled my labor symptoms with my son and it was exact.
My daily thoughts! Get outta my brain lol that's all I think about all day.
I worry that I'm going to be home alone when my water brakes. My husband has a strict job and can't leave if has too.
I'm on my third and worry about the same things :p
