Soooo I have decided that if by Monday I haven't dilated I'll opt for a c section.. Mostly likely they'll schedule that for sometime next week before or at 39 weeks. Because if by then I haven't dilated most likely I won't.. But if I have dilated I'll ask to be induced next week.
Short Luteal Phase? I've just started temping because I believe that the reason I haven't had a BFP yet, after 20 months, is because I believe I may have a Luteal Phase Defect.
38 weeks & still not dilated or effaced. Maybe at next weeks appt i'll have made some progress 😒

Does anyone else feel like they hardly see there midwife second time round? I haven't seen her since 22 weeks and the next time I see her is 28 weeks! I feel like that's such a long time between appointments. X

@rennysmommy, there would be no point in trying she said.. As much as I would bug her to try.. The chances of it working are none of I'm not dilated.. 😢

@rennysmommy, she told me if I wasn't dilated they weren't going to try to do anything because chances are it wouldn't work.. 😕😞

Can they try cervadril ? I think that's what it's called, it's like a gel they put on your cervix it's supposed to help thin and dilate. My sister in law had it and it helped

if you have medical reasons then that's obviously different but I didn't know if you were just scheduling one

@greenlandbroker, yeah I know. Which is why I'm opting for a c section. Mostly because my cervix is always still pointed towards my spine. The chances of it moving are getting slim.

My doctor won't even induce me until I'm 41 weeks.

I didn't dilate until I was almost 40 weeks. At my last appointment with my daughter I was 39 weeks and 4 days and had just started to dilate. I had her 3 days late.

Looks like we will both have our babies super soon. I got a membrane sweep today and my midwife told me she wants me to get an US tomorrow to check fluid. If fluid is low I'll be induced tomorrow around 2-3pm. If it's normal she is giving me the option to go to 42 weeks but I'm not sure if I still wanna do that
