Being as tho my fiancé has a bitch for a mom and I'm away from my family he's agreed to move to Florida . Anyone moved recently from one state to another one really far away and how was it ? Finding jobs and a place to stay etc? I don't wanna live with no one

@armani711, I would def agree with seeking employment before you get down there, and yeah I would def have a place to live set up. If you guys save money I would try to have six months of reserves of monthly expenses before you make the move .. Best of luck mama.

I just moved from Jacksonville to Baltimore. It's not easy to adjust, it takes time. I still don't think I like it here but it is what it is. Did it for my husbands job. My advice is to make sure you have a job before you move. Jacksonville isn't exactly an employment hot spot.

I would contact a realtor and have them find you a place (that way u know it's legit) .. What part of Florida ?

it was hard because I was all alone I made it do what it do I bust my ass to get were I am today and it was before I met my husband having my husband is just an added bonus

I moved from DC to florida to be with my boyfriend. His mom is a Bitch too. He was living at his moms place before I moved and ofcourse I wasn't about to live there. So I worked and saved and sent him money, and he found us an apartment and we started buying everything for our place while I was still at home in DC. When I moved I found a job quick but ended up leaving a few weeks later because of my terrible morning sickness. I miss my family back home, and I don't get along with his family at all. So it kinda feels like it's just me and him here, which gets lonely. But overall I'm very happy🙃
I will not be tested for COVID unless I am showing all signs of having it! They taking newborn babies away from their mothers if they test positive. Over my cold dead body! No ONE will take my baby away from me bet!

How far away is everyone from their hospital?? I'm 15 minutes away right now but when I move to my parents I'll be an hour. I just want to know if I should switch it to one that's closer or keep the one I've been going to..
