My midwife just gave me a packet on how to get the cervix ready... it says "Have sex (the prostaglandins in the semen can ripen the cervix and the hormones from the orgasm can also help)". Good luck!

It worked for me! I went into labor the next day. I was purposely trying to induce myself though 😂
