I haven't been able to take my pregnancy vitamins because every time I do they make me be sick, anyone got any alternatives that work for them?

I take the Boots folic acid and vitamin D tabs. Started on pregnacare at the beginning but made my morning sickness so much worse (which is common for a lot of women apparently!). its something in them, so am guessing the liquid would be the same. x

Take little ones, boots folic acid+vitamin d are smaller than a poly vitamin
I stopped taking them at about 18 or so weeks when they ran out, you don't have to take them hun xxx @josiewatson

Short Luteal Phase? I've just started temping because I believe that the reason I haven't had a BFP yet, after 20 months, is because I believe I may have a Luteal Phase Defect.
Things I never thought I'd say... Until I became a mom:
Yesterday I went out with my boyfriend went to watch a movie, me and him don't live together yet. but point is yesterday when he was dropping me off his like sleep over at my house witch the mom and dad lives. I said no, his response was why is everyone deciding or making choices for you and their going to do the same with the baby, when I know that's not true. what he thinks is that my mom tells me not to sleep over. So he left all mad. and I felt in my heart that he went on and cheated on me and did something else with an other girl.... and it's 10:51 am now and he hasn't texted me at all. and after he dropped me off I texted him saying what I felt and nothing. I don't know if I'm over reacting or what or what should i do. do i wait until he text me?

They made me really sick so I didn't take any I just made sure I ate well, my little girl is perfect and healthy so I wouldn't worry too much
