it doesn't make sense cause I got a positive when I was 4/5 weeks

The ultrasound measures the baby itself, which will determine the due date. If you were truly 11 weeks, your baby would show on the ultrasound and look like a baby with the head, and all. I thought I was 8 weeks when I went in, and turns out I was 6 weeks.
