I've been both breast feeding and supplmenting with formula, but sometimes I didn't have baby nurse before giving her a bottle, but i would still pump at some point..well last night and today my boobs have been so soft and just feel empty. the day before though I pumped so much milk...apparently all it takes is 1 day for your supply to just go way down?! agh! really didn't know breastfeeding would be such a science.
hopefully my supply goes back up if I pump a lot more frequently and strictly nurse before a bottle.

2-3 hours apart at most. Throw a power pump in before bed. Get a middle of the night feeding or pump in. The more frequent you nurse and pump the more you will trick your body into producing more!
Good morning ladies. Sorry I been ignoring yall but I have been so miserable the past days I'M STILL PREGNANT my contractions would be strong for hours and it looked like I was gonna have a baby then everything just stopped so I got sent home. they said I have to wait till my appointment Wednesday so I can talk to my doctor about the next step. I HATE THIS 😢😢😩
I have a 5 day old baby. He breastfeeds. Should I pump some and let me husband bottle feed him? Or just nurse nurse nurse? And will pumping mess up my milk supply?

Short Luteal Phase?
I've just started temping because I believe that the reason I haven't had a BFP yet, after 20 months, is because I believe I may have a Luteal Phase Defect.
I know what I was meaning to ask y'all . Is it true that at the age of one your baby would have to switch to sippy cups because of their teeth rotting out?
The nurse told me I would have to stop Carmen from drinking out of bottles since she's has been switched to whole milk because it will start rotting out her teeth.🤔 Help me understand because either way wouldn't the whole milk still be in her mouth unless you brush her teeth ?
I will sometimes give 2oz of formula and then either nurse or bottle. He doesn't always want to latch for me. But STAY HYDRATED and get a good calorie intake
