I want to lose weight so bad but I never find the motivation to work out, trying to exercise in my house is almost impossible because I'm there 24/7 and it's annoying but I can't pay for a gym membership. I'm so unhappy with myself and it's really starting to get to me, any suggestions on how to get motivated or exercises to do and healthy meals?
Seriously when I started Beachbody before I was even a coach, I quit my gym, gave up a couple extras that month and invested in one good home program (T25 for $120). I've never regretted it for a second. Not only have I lost a shit ton@of weight and found an income, three years later, I still have and use that program. And it's on sale now for $60.
