Have you tried the mothers milk tea? I also heard oatmeal helps

I'm on that same boat. I only produce about an ounce. :( My doctor suggested Fenugreek capsoles. This is only my second day taking them so I'm not sure if they are helping. I've also tried Mother's Milk Tea, sadly it didn't really work for me. Hope you find something that works, it's a horrible feeling not being able to produce.

try Mexican hot chocolate

make sure you're eating enough and drinking enough water plus the mother's milk tea helps. gatorade helps too. power pumping can hello as well... just really feeding on demand and not putting your baby on feeding schedule will help too
