A midwife at our parent craft class recommended a crab walk, she said, side step, squat, side step squat etc. Do them as wide as you can but don't worry if that isn't much! xXx
My mum took me over speed bumps in the car at full speed and I sat in the back so I got the full impact and 5 hours late I was getting contractions hahahahaha, don't know if it was just coincidence tho @sheffield94446 xxx
