I had my membranes swept today. It hurt really bad. She dug into my cervix with her fingers, and she swept them around the amniotic sac to detach it from the cervix. It's supposed to kick start labor. And I've been cramping and having contractions since I left. They did it to me because I havent made any progress and she said it looks like I will go overdue. So I guess this is the first step to help with bringing labor on. @prettyprego @kiarra.j @miicat
