Trying to stay fit somewhat during pregnancy so I can have a natural birth. What are you guys doing for exercise?

@izabeli, Thank you! I ran marathons before I got pregnant. Now I'm lucky if I get 3 miles in a couple times a week. 😅 I want to start swimming too!

@miicat, that's great! I would love to do a home birth one day! Maybe for the next if everything goes well with this birth! Do you do prenatal yoga or regular?

I'm going to start up yoga again with my fiancée soon as we get reunited and for now I'm just trying to do enough walking! I find it important because I'm having a home birth!

Oh yeah! I usually have to leave at least once during a class to pee. Sigh. And I'm flying to NYC for vacation this weekend so bathroom trips on the plane should be fun.

Wow see how fit you look, I dare not run now, I do brisk walks and I want to try and go for more swimming.

I swam laps, spin classes, low weight fast lots of reps, walking, and yoga while pregnant there are a ton of exercising while pregnant blogs on pinterest

I have a lot more energy now! And I pack my gym bag and put it in my car so I go straight from work to the gym. Because if I go home first I won't leave again!

@kenitra, That's amazing! I am going to attempt to run today. My runs have been uncomfortable, so I haven't ran in over a week. I bought a pregnancy dvd called the pregnancy project. I have been trying to do that a couple times a week.

I'm running, doing weights and doing Bodypump and Bodyflow (yoga/Pilates) classes. Trying for 5 days a week lately if I can!
