How can you tell the difference between Braxton hicks and real contractions?

Braxton Hicks, are more like pressure & tightness in your stomach. Real Contractions almost always start in your lower back and radiate around the sides to your stomach. You'll know the difference

Unlike true labor, Braxton Hicks contractions:
braxton hicks Are usually not painful
Don’t happen at regular intervals
Don’t get closer together
Don’t increase when you walk
Do not last longer as they go on
Do not feel stronger over time
