I've almost 8 weeks.... I have been sick for 3 days.. puking.. Can't sleep.. Can't eat but 3 bites..... nothing is helping me
any other moms got any ideas???

Oh I've done sprite and powerade, it was the best thing ever. sprite always helped with my tummy aches but not a lot of it, or it just made it worse.
@ebersteinmommy, no seriously Hahaha it changed my life 😂. I never let it run out and my boyfriend knows when I get home to have it ready!!

Mix Gatorade and sprite...this seriously fixes everything and makes me feel so so much better!!
Look up Preggie Pops, Seabands, ginger ale and crackers, freezing Pedialite or Gatorade and suck on the cubes, just make sure you stay hydrated at least. And if you can't, you might wanna go in for an IV. Talk to your doctor if it persists, there are prescriptions you can take.
Freeze some pedialight in ice cube trays and that will help you stay hydrated when your sick like this. Worked for me

can anyone recommend a good travel system for under £400...I'm looking at websites but can't really see any I like and not sure if I'm looking at the right websites, personally can't justify spending over £500 for one..so if anyone has any advice or recommendations then please let me know! :)

Try lemonade half water. Sour things can help. I drank a lot of ginger ale with this pregnancy.
