got a 24 hour eviction notice from my mentally unstable landlord this morning, i just dont get it!! im paid up on rent first of all, and he knows i can't move into my new place until the first of June.. which is stressful enough since thats 9 days before my due date trying to get everything set up before babygirl gets here. ughh i just cant take this stress!! 👿👿

When I lived in la crosse, we had some crappy landlords and ended up in court because of a date we moved out.. Blah blah.
don't leave let him call the police they will tell him its not legal to give u 24hrs and u can also call the police dept ur self and ask them any questions they will let help u know your rightsv
legally he has to give you 30 days even without a lease I would call a non emergency police line they can tell you
I've never heard of a 24 hour eviction without previous warnings. If it's just hand written by him, like she said above, its illegal and you can fight it.
If you don't have a written lease he has to give you at least 7 days notice or up to 30 days, if you have a written lease and haven't broken any rules he can't evict you for no reason.
