being induced wasn't so bad. had two pessarys which unfortunately failed to work. I was up with pains with first abd the second one managed to get me to 4cm dialated. Having my waters broken after the second pessary was absolutely awful. people will tell you that at that point it's a mild discomfort when you have them broken. this wasn't the case for me. it was extremely painful and I had to have gas and air to assist me. once the were gone my contractions started pretty quickly and five hours later I had my baby girl. there were a few complications through it as selinas head was up the way instead of tucked down which meant I had to push twice as hard. however I dug deep and she was born healthy and happy. worth every push. 👶😍💜
