I was induced, the process was 3 days. But I went in at 41 weeks only 1cm still. Breathing techniques really work and get as much sleep as you can! Good luck 😌
I went in at 7am and had my daughter 14 hours later. you'll do great momma! I slept most of the time! ;) good luck!
it can be long and hard. or quick and easy. depends on your body. mine was 48 hours. just focus on meeting your little and breathing. my little one was born 5lb1oz at 36+4. :)
