if this was true I would had been stress free bc i eat a lot of chocolate, bananas, oranges, blueberries, spinach, and I do drink plenty of green tea , ( well it's the only tea I drink) 😆

need suggestions.... So at work we have a drink thief. Any time we put a drink in the fridge it disappears. I swear I know who it is. So far he's taken drinks from everyone that works in the office, we even put a sign to not take anything you didn't pay for and wrote our names on the drinks. The person I think is taking them works out of the office so we never get to see who is drinking them.
If I start drinking the raspberry tea how many times a day do I drink it and does it really help.
So I drink a few cups of rasberry tea (usually hate tea) and I am in so much PAIN! Already 3.5 cm do you guys think it did anything?💁
"Don't drink sweet tea! Your child will come out extremely hyper" "Your child will have ADHD if you drink sweet tea" OKAY BUT LIKE there are worse things I could drink. I drink tea maybe once a week. If my child is hyper, cool. I'll love him no matter what!! It's not going to harm my baby. Shut the fuck up. -____-

@tinushja84 Well.. I've had less stress after going vegan so I don't know. But food only won't do all the job obviously 😝

I guess I have to triple the amount of those lol
