No need to pump ahead or pump and dump, as @babyjunebug said as long as the risk of infection is really low you should be fine! Make sure to ask around about them, look up reviews, something and make sure the artist is licensed and the equipment is ALL new and opened just for you, ink, needles, everything. Keep it real clean and it should be completely fine!

Okay or should I pump for A week worth or feedings??

A lot of people say no. But really the only risk is infection. So as long as you go to a clean, reputable shop you should be okay.
