I heard you need to calm the baby then once they're calm they will latch on

try calming her like she said. rock her walk around with her to distract her & once she calms down she'll latch. my son used to do the same.

She was calm. Then she sucked on my nipple once, and the started loosing her mind. And I know I have milk because I started leaking a good amount of milk

When your milk spews out really fast snd it's a lot. Does she gulp a lot at first or cough?

yes it could be your letdown. that is that tingling feeling you might get. it's when your milk basically come down & out of your boob. sometimes it's very fast or too strong for baby. try feeding her with you laying down on your back & she is laying on your stomach. that will make gravity help slow down the let down.
