My son is only a month old, what are some things I can do? My son has been very constipated. He pushes and pushes but hardly poops. Only pees.

what can I give my son to help him poop?? he's so constipated he'll push and push he'll turn red and it sounds like he's in pain. I already tried laying him on his back nd moving his legs forward it only helps once in a while

He came right on his due date which was today! Long story short, got my room at 10:45am and Armani Junior arrived at 11:12am❤ no epidural and only pushed three times. Welcome my son👶🏻
