My son will be two months on the 16th what can i do to help his belly? i think he is constipated.

@tylersbaby30 Well, I suggest you find out because cows milk doesn't digest well in human bodies. That could be causing the problem. And if it's not that then indeed try what @camdensmamma suggested.
He was on Gerber Gentle and we switched to Gerber Soothe
My son's pediatrician had us switch him to a formula with lower lactose and we put him on a probiotic. (You can get one over the counter. I found it at the health food store.) And I also give him a little bit of prune juice diluted down with water about once a day or once every other day. But I do suggest talking to his dr before you change anything.
I was told by the hospital to mix 1oz of apple juice into the formula and it works
My son had the same issues. We used 2oz of warm water, baby enigmas helped the most!! He would have a Bowel movement right after. Good luck momma
