Hot cloth massages before you feed and then ice packs and nipple cream after!! Helped me big time!!

I'll be fine once I get her to latch to a bottle nipple. I believe she has a shallow latch. that's why I'm in so much pain. just glad I'm not the only one that's going through it. pumping doesn't hurt, it's just her latch is right she's just shallow. @ciaramarie @aidensmommy

I stopped breastfeeding at day 5 because I would cry too and my nipples had scabs ! I use the latch bottles and he likes them just fine. he still latches to me as well.

I put cream on it, massaged mine. And mine ended up bruised and so sore, bleeding ect. So I quit breast feeding. It's definitely a challenge!! And I know she was latched right because I went to a lactation consultant

Use nipple cream like every 20 minutes. I had to put it on constantly for almost 2 weeks. I promise it gets better! It was so painful for me but it got better and now it doesn't even hurt for a second and hasn't in a long time.
