Hand expression is hard. how is it more effective than pumping? I need milk for my daughter's special breakfast tomorrow and I'll need more than 2-3 oz from pumping. How can I make hand expression easier?

Look up videos on youtube. It can be easier or harder depending on the person. It will not keep up supply so it'san best tonot hand express while working because supply will diminish.

@meagansimone, I'm not working. and she still nurses 3-4 times a day still. but I'd love to give her milk in cereal and other things

I hate hand expressing, so I usually uust pump because it's esier and I get more that way

You don't want to pup a lot in one day, momma. It's recommended to o ly pump once a day after first morning feed unless only pumping or working.
