My son lukas had open heart surgery 8 months ago.
for everyone having to go through this, and it breaking your heart, IT GETS BETTER. they get better. they're going to pull through it. babies are the most tough fighters I've ever seen.

That's wonderful. I'm glad your son is happy and healthy :). If you don't mind me asking, why did he need the surgery?
She* sorry. and exactly! my son was smiling 3 hours after open heart, when he should have been sedated for days. and that's amazing! I'd love to see a picture of her!

it definitely does get better. I see so many women on here, sad and depressed about these things. it's a major surgery, BUT, babies are anazing.

My friend got a small tattoo last week. It probably took less then 20 mins at the most!! And she’s 26weeks pregnant. She posted her new tattoo on fb and keep getting hate comments on being a horrible mom that doesn’t care if she’s pregnant. This is ridiculous!!! She deleted the post and people still are talking about it on Facebook. PEOPLE GETTING A TATTOO DOESNT AFFECT YOUR BABY AT ALL!! Especially when it’s below the knee and not anywhere near or around the belly... get this through your heads...

Ordered my baby shower invites last week because I read that they take two weeks to come.....well they'll be here in 3 days. Better really early than late I guess. I got them through vistaprint, 100 invites for 49.20 and that includes 100 envelopes, taxes and shipping. Can't get any better than that for custom invitations! I'm so excited for my shower. he had 2 holes in his heart. and he had narrowing. and those two needed fixed. he still has hypoplastic left and a bicuspid aortic valve.
