Ladies, I'm leaning more towards not circumcising my son but Google isnt Really giving me enough info to decide one way…

It's really a personal decision, keeping it clean is a little easier if it is circumcised but other than that there aren't any benefits that I know of. I had a hard time deciding to circumcise my 7 year old son. His dad is not but in the end I did it.

I just looked up an uncircumcised penis and the sight of it alone was enough for me to say hell yes to circumcising 😂😂😂

my son is 6y old, has never got any infection bc his not circumcised , and he is washing his pipi himself! same with my brother 15y and my hubby. if you clean yourself properly you should not have problem, and even circumcised men can have infection, same as womens 😉

Your not actually cutting it off your removing the extra skin that stores bacteria n causes infection. Honestly its going to have to get done whether when born or later but its better when born because they r babies n dnt remember but if u wait it will b much more painful. Im from Philly and here idk any female that would even deal with a guy without him being cut because we r too nervous and scared about all the bacteria n infections that can occur

I got it done because I feel it's safer. Yes if it's cleaned properly it's okay, but I didn't wanna take that chance. Also, who cares if it's 'less sensitive'.

My belief is, if they're born with it, why cut it off? It's there for a reason . That's like cutting a girl clit off (sorry lol) . It's also painful for them, half of the time they don't give them meds or anything, sometimes numbing gel, but that doesn't work all the time .. Just my opinion ... (:

if you cut him he will have less infections than if you were to not do it.

I got my sons done he never had a issue my best friend didn't get hers done he ended up needing to get it whwn he was older and it was way worst

why dont you want to?

I will do because the pediatrician told me is better because they dont get infections
