So to all the mommies who've had their babies I have a question.

Contractions don't always start as super painful right? Sometimes it's just your belly getting really hard and a lot of pressure right

I went for a 2 hour walk and since then my lower back really aches and I'm have a lot of pressure and tightness that last for about 25 to 30 seconds and and like 5 to 7 minutes apart

correct. they don't always start out very painful. and ppl have different perceptions of the pain too. It does get more intense the closer you are to pushing though.

those sound like contractions && your correct they Dont always hurt . sometimes you can't even tell your having them , but the belly tightness for about 20-50 seconds && the timing sounds about right if it continues for a hour straight && they become closer then i would definitely go to l&d if you want to wait it out for a while before you go that's perfectly fine as well , and good luck to you ....

I was induced with a lot of patocin (sorry Idk how to spell it) and never felt the pain of contractions. I could watch my belly raise and fall with each one as it got hard but never noticed it otherwise.
