Ok guys my boobs are so full they hurt! My pump won't take milk out and the baby can't latch bc they're so full. I've tried hand expressing but it's so slow and painful idk what to do and I'm almost out of formula and I can't afford more rn. Any tips? Maybe to make hand expressing less painful? Idk just wanna breastfeed again I miss it haha.

stand in the shower and let the warm water hit them (not directly, like put your hand up so the water FLOWS onto them) then lean slightly forward once the milk starts to flow and let it flow out ... if you have a hand pump thats also will work once your breast relieve some pressure.. warm compress will work also...
I would use hot cloths and massage my boobs with them prior to each feeding and then after each feeding I'd use ice packs or those gel nipple cooling things and also the nipple cream. It helped out big time!! By week 4 I had no pain at all anymore!!

get a warm cloth and massage them or take a warm shower and try self expressing
Try a warm compress? Maybe it'll help with pressure.
@momagainjj82, @b3autifulm3ss I'll def try these thank you! I just need them to drain enough for her to feed. They got too full bc she slept through the night unexpectedly and ever since then she couldn't latch on
