my bladder was already bad before i even got pregnant. i was getting botox injections in my bladder and my urologist was talking about surgery if i was done having kids because my botox wasn't working. well i ended up pregnant. my urologist had me on two rounds of antibiotics and my obs office gave me anther round which doesn't seem to be helping. has anyone had problems getting rid of a UTI while pregnant? i drink lots of water,pee before and after sex ect..

try fresh squeezed lemonade maybe. I have kidney/bladder problems and other than water that is all I'm supposed to drink
i will try that. thanks so much. and i will be calling the ob as well. i get UTIS a lot which usually clear up with just one round of antibiotics but this one is just being stubborn... @meagansimone
Use a perri bottlw when you wipe. I got utis a lot while pregnant, nothing helped, but that weren't that painful for me

Transgender children
So I just learned that in my kids school district (my kids aren't in school yet my oldest will be starting kindergarten next September) there are twin boys who identify as girls. They are 5 years old. What's your opinions on this matter given they are 5!!! I don't believe that at that age they really understand the whole thing. So the entire school had to take a course on how to handle transgender children. For example they can't say girls go this or boys do that. What are...

I had a stillborn daughter at 38 weeks this passed Nov. This is my second month ttc. (Last month we only tried for like two weeks though). My last and only pregnancy, I got pregnant the first month of ttc so I hope it's quick this time again.
Trigger. Lost baby
Went in for my 20 week check up and found out our son had passed away. Nothing was wrong, my pregnancy has been going great. I'm so numb right now. I'll he delivering him later this week. I don't want to do this. I don't want to do this. Not before Christmas. How am I'm going to tell my kids?? My dear sweet baby boy. Why did this happen?
IUI Monday!!
So today I went in for my routine bloodwork and ultrasound, and found out that I have three follicles at 17mm! Plus another two at 15mm. When leaving the clinic my FS said to take another dose of gonal-f and come back tomorrow to check to see how big they got and that we would do the iui on Wednesday. Well, after getting home, taking my gonal-f and going out to shovel snow (lol) I get a call saying that I am SURGING!!! I haven't ovulated on my own, or even come close to it in years...
Search out interstitial cystitis. That's what I have. It's been a long time since I was diagnosed and it's been in remission for a while. Pregnancy aggravated it but not full blown like it used to be. Honestly having a catheter during birth has been the best thing. I pee like a champ now and no pain.
