Got it with my daughter and LOVED it even though my back was a mess after I got home.... I was able to enjoy the process and actually remember pushing and everything. Got it with my son didn't work and I was pissed! Going natural made me so tired I felt like I was completely out of it. I don't remember much of anything because of he pain.... In fact all I remember is the pain..... And the nurse kicking Zs dad out for like 15min lol! I would deff advise it unless you really really want to go natural.
I went natural for over 36 hours and made it to 9 cm. my body got stuck then. I was 9 cm for 6 hours with no progress no sleep and no food. I gave in a got the epidural just to make it to the finish line. I was able to take a 3 hour nap and when I woke up I was finally 10 cm and about ready to push. I am so glad I ended up getting it bc my baby was facing the wrong way and the only option was forceps or c section. we used forceps and I tore all the way to my rectum bc of it. so I can't imagine going thru that stuff medicine free. keep an open mind is the best way to put it
im so determined to go completely natural. i think all the pain is worth it in the end. im so against epidural unless emergency. i dont look down on anyone who gets it but i think it should only be used unless necessary.
I had one with my first even having a midwife and I enjoyed my laboring experience pain wasn't to bad before getting it and I had labored for 6 hours before going to the hospital so this time I'm going to try to go all natural.
I tried to go without it with my son. I gave up when I was about 8cm dialated. I regret it bc it messed my back up forever 🙄😒 and since I waited so long to get it. While in labor, it only numbed the right side of my body. so I felt everything on my left side. This time, I will try harder to go without it.
I did one with and one without I personally don't like it I am gonna TRY to do everything I can to not get it this time . I don't like the feeling of being numb when I has my daughter with my son I was able to hop right up and be attentive to my bf n child with my daughter I felt so weird for so long

ohh myy.. thats a long time. sometimes u have to do what u have to do. im sure everything will work out fine in the end.

Have it on stand by if you can't handle it then it'll be ready for you. Our hate when people say they are gonna draw hardlines..
