Tomorrow Is My Glucose Test! Is it really as bad as people say?

i think it depends on how often you eat sweets and drink over sugared koolaid. for me it was awful. i don't eat stuff like that and I'm borderline diabetic

@1sttimemommy2016, the orange one taste like Tang.. the waiting for an hour without being able to eat or drink anything is the hard part.

We all shall survive the glucose test haha.

Ohhhh.. That does not sound to bad.

I got the orange flavor, ended up inhaling and choking on it. but other then that it wasn't bad. tasted like flat orange soda. hated waiting the hour to get blood drew though.

First, you'll drink a very sweet glucose (aka sugar) drink, which usually tastes like flat orange soda. Then you'll wait for one hour before having some blood drawn and tested for glucose; you don't have to be fasting when you do this. @justtkristin

@1sttimemommy2016, someone told me the drink taste like a five hour energy....but idk I'll find out tomorrow. I have the orange one. & they gave it to me on my.last appt so I can have it cold and ready tomorrow before I come in!!
