I have endometriosis.
I miscarried back in January (and had my last what I thought was my period) in March. Just found out 3 weeks ago (ish) about my pregnancy. I had bleeding 4 weeks ago.
try taking multivitamins one a day brand.
it's what helped me conceive.

so you're saying you had bleeding and ended up actually pregnant? did you bleed a lot and have cramps? @jc2015
