Ok ladies if what im doing is not helping me dilate i need some more ideas

wait it out. your baby will come when he or she is ready. maybe you should take this time to yourself

yeah if it's not time it's not time, but have you tried sex and him coming in you? also proper nipped stimulation can help.. but when I was as far along as you I wasn't close the weekend before my due date my baby dropped and I started making progress

@arivera64 i dont want to use meds im already doing it all natural so if they can break my water if i do go over then id be greatful

If you go over they can break your water or do a balloon if your cervix is at least a fingertip open by then

@mom47172, sometimes it's just not time I went a week over and I spent a week at almost 100% and 1-2cm..
