I had an app today..well the doctor checked and I am 2cm and the baby head is in the right position, I lost my mucus plug 5 days ago I had contraccions here and there but not too bad he told me go and walk and use the ball, anything else that I can do? please!!😤😤😧

Getting my membranes swept put me in labor the next day. Have sex and let the semen sit in you so it travels to your cervix. Also get evening primrose oil capsules and insert them vaginally. I put one in, in the morning and two in at night.
I did stairs with my first went into labor next day. my second I used elliptical in the morning went into labor same day seemed to work for me good luck!!
Wuth my son my doctor told me to sleep as much as possible. It sounds stupid but somehow after having no signs of labor I slept 10 hours and woke up halfway thru my labor.
