Okay ladies, I'm really stressing over some news we just found out and it doesn't affect us untill November/ December time frame but I can't help it. I'm stressing so much that I got sick this morning. what can I do to stop thinking about the issue and calm myself down? I know it's not good for baby that's why I need advice. please and thank you!

Go for a walk! Helps me a lot😊 don't stress out. My fiancé always reads me Matthew 6:25-34 and it helps.

Deep breath, and remember all you really need is air. That's a little while from now, you never know something unexpected may show when you need it the most and help you out.

Don't stress yourself over things that are not in your control. I suffer from anxiety and that often gets in my way with a lot of things. write down some things you're blessed for and remember that no matter what, EVERY THING happens for a reason and everything is going to be okay. even if it doesn't seem okay at the time, nothing lasts forever. keep your head up!

@mom021915, coloring is a good stress reliever. I have an adult medala coloring book and it does wonders when I'm stressed. it's been a big help since my daughter has been in the hospital.
