metformin is making me sick every time I take it. does anyone have advise on what to do??

yeah, I take all 3 of mine at night. but it sucks because my fiancé has been working at 4 am so around the time I get up is when they're fully kicked in, so by the time I'm driving home from dropping him off, it's all I can do not to just pull off the freeway and puke. it's awful. ha. @kayshay10
yea so is mine. I take my morning ones with food and the night one I take right before I fall asleep so I sleep through the pain. but it's weird cause my body doesn't start hurting until around dinner time @chey28
Mine are 500, so I'm at 1500 a day. I just recently started taking them again but my body is hating it haha @kayshay10
I am. I first started in January but I got a really back stomach flu in February and my doctor wanted me to get better from that so we are just now starting back up. what is dosage you take @chey28
hm, I started with one pill at a time, and I'm currently at 3 pills at once per day, although my body isn't quite used to it because I just moved up, but sometimes it takes up to a month for your body to adjust. stick with it dear, your body just has to adjust. make sure you eat with the pill. @kayshay10

yea I know what you mean. tonight was the first time we have friends over since I started taking again and it took everything I had not to throw up half way through dinner lol. @chey28
