how long can I keep breastmilk in the fridge/freezer? I keep getting mixed answers from 1 hour (fridge) to 3 months (frozen)

@babykam, there are plenty if nice easy read printable charts in pinterest. and just place it right in your frig.

the only thing inaccurate about medelas chart is they don't tell you it's up to 6 months in a freezer, and up to 12 months in a deep freezer. there's a difference between the two.
