Yes that's true lol that's how it was when I rejoined. Then the doctor would reschedule literally every appt. I haven't done the tour of the hospitals. Which location do you go to?

I have Kaiser! I love it so far lol I had to switch doctors at first because the one I had at first always rescheduled but other than that problem a couple months ago it's great
