little vent... the day I gave birth I was at 250lbs... now I'm at 227. breastfeeding is really helping I just need to get a more healthy balanced diet. it's just hard because you get really hungry breastfeeding lol. my goal is to first get under 200 then stop at 160. I'm so determined. Ive never been this big and it's so uncomfortable. I'm having so many pains it's ridiculous....

Fruit in moderation is good. Just watch out because it has a ton of sugar and can cause you to keep the weight on. Definitely incorporate more fiber in your diet and plan around protein as your main source as well as those milk supply foods. I've found amazing meal and snack ideas on Pinterest for wanting to eat healthy but also breastfeeding as well

I've been doing good with fruit but I guess I need to switch to granola or something to stay fuller longer @bellahali
