at 25 weeks all the way to 30 i had been good about working out for atleast 30 mins every other day, but when i hit 30 i completely stopped because of how tired i was. and gained 10 more pounds :( today i had more energy than usual so i worked out, my mom calls me while im working out, she asks what I'm doing and i tell her and she starts yelling at me to not work out, because she says I'm gonna go into labor. after i hung up with her my boyfriend calls and tells me the same thing wtf. i have to do something about this weight gain. they are being ridiculous!! i hate my body i have to work out
Before and during the entire pregnancy I've been working out and I had a problem with weight gain too I gained like 16lbs in one month but that month I got super lazy so I got back into the gym I was only able to loose 3-4 pounds but now my weight just stays the same it never goes up or down anymore it's been like this for about 6 weeks now & working out now will make it way more easier for birth I promise you that & after you'll bounce back in the gym quick!!
how long have you been working out? have you lost any weight while working out? i hate how much weight ive gained and tried to lose some while being pregnant. but only was able to flatline my wieght for a while and then gained MORE when i stopped. so im trying again before i give birth so hopefully ill get back to it right after birth, if im not in pain @garciacassie
