Depends on how your labor goes and your personal recovery. I have every in tension of of getting back into it after about a two week recovery but again, I can't predict the future.

core core core and core strengthening before any other vigorous activity are best.

I was exercising while breastfeeding right away. squats leg lifts swinning your hips and walking are great ways to ease back into activity! ! try eating lots of chicken and spinach to strengthen and properly feed baby.

As soon as you want as long as you start out easy like going for walks and then build up from there and your doesn't say you can't
