I work in a stressful work environment and am finding it very hard to keep my stress level down...I need more ideas for stress relief!! yoga and meditation is my go-to but I just need a little more. It's so hard not having my other half to keep me distracted 😔

I am not pregnant yet. We are trying once we are moved and settled in Hawaii. I've read so many articles and have been told a lot, to not stress. But it's been really hard lately. But when I am pregnant I'm going to be taking and getting a lot of pictures ☺️

though if your still pregnant I'd say get as many pics as you can I only have four and not very good ones all selfies, and I see all these pics of beautiful pics of pregnant moms and I'm so sad I didn't get any

I don't know you much but have you had baby, because its really fun to do portraits of baby and all their cute faces they do.

try scrapbooking that's another thing I do it really helps me relax and be creative.

@kramerelizabeth1996, I usually go for a run 3-4 times a week with my dog but haven't lately since I've been so miserable with my allergies and feeling a little sick. I just can't seem to think of a hobby or anything calming and distracting 😔

try going for a walk then/or take a shower/ bath, do something that yo can just be quite and clear your mind. it helps me.
