so i kinda got carried away after my sweep today n did good old deed with oh n den also walked lik 1 km for 20 mins...cleaned d whole flat etc ive had back ache n lower abdominal pain n increased pressure pressing dwn rear end..feel lik I need a poo but nothing... also crotch lightening. .no plug still or increased duscharge but in fair amount discomfort. .dunno if its d sweep or my own doing..anyone in d same boat?

yea definitely. .feel shattered ..gonna finish my cranberry n ice drink n hav a soak..nyts are jus awful in this sweltering heat don't help..thanks my lovely@beccastirlingx
