I'm in the same boat!! I got the lansinoh compression pads. Idk the name of them but you can put them in the fridge or microwave! BEST $15 I ever spent!! Lots of breast massage! YouTube has a lot of good videos on how to do a good breast massage!

Short Luteal Phase?
I've just started temping because I believe that the reason I haven't had a BFP yet, after 20 months, is because I believe I may have a Luteal Phase Defect.
