Anyone have high numbers on a 3 hour glucose test? Did you have to not eat certain things or what things did you have to different? I have to do mine on Thursday and kind of worried.

Short Luteal Phase?
I've just started temping because I believe that the reason I haven't had a BFP yet, after 20 months, is because I believe I may have a Luteal Phase Defect.
I didnt have any problems with my glucose test but they told me that what you eat the day before really impacts what the glucose test reads so becareful what you eat the day before!! The drink they give you is so nasty cuz its super duper sweet and you have to drink it in under 5 mins!!! I felt like i had to throw up so bad but if i did id have to do it again so i just stayed strong lol!!!! Dont worry about it though youll be fine
