My cycles is so irregular now, I don't know the last time I ovulated, or the next time I could possibly have my period. Since my miscarriage I haven't had any bleeding and I have had all negative pregnancy tests, how stressful.

try using ovia fertility tracker. after I had a MC in April I didn't get a positive test until Sept. my doc always told me to 31st least wait three cycles to help get your body ready for a baby. he explained it as a potted flower and all of the soil being taken out..you need time for soil to come back before seed can be planted. 🌹 it will happen exactly when it's suppose to 😘

I've just started temping because I believe that the reason I haven't had a BFP yet, after 20 months, is because I believe I may have a Luteal Phase Defect.
Try getting some ovulation a test strips. They're generally pretty cheap - I googled and saw $6.22 for 100.
