How long does it usually take after implantation bleeding to detect HCG on a pregnancy test?

Could anyone tell me how you knew you were experiencing implantation bleeding and not AF? Has anyone had heavy implantation bleeding?

Still not sure if I'm dealing with AF or IB. The flow isn't consistent, I seen nothing from the time I got home from work last night until 10 this morning. Then I started to bleed again. I don't have any cramps, but I have had some occasional nausea and mood swings. It has been two months since my miscarriage, and I seen nothing for the month of April, now I have this in May.

How did you guys distinguish between AF and implantation bleeding? I just began spotting yesterday and the bleeding isn't heavy but I'm not sure what to expect..

What's the latest you've guys found out that you were pregnant?

I've been emotional as hell today..

Not sure if these are sure signs but today I decided to start taking prenatal vitamins again to prepare for TTC, and what came in the mail? A coupon for those same prenatal vitamins! I'm still trying to hold off on taking a pregnancy test, I don't wanna get my hopes up..

I've been feeling so greedy lately..

My cycles is so irregular now, I don't know the last time I ovulated, or the next time I could possibly have my period. Since my miscarriage I haven't had any bleeding and I have had all negative pregnancy tests, how stressful.
