@emkasting, I might have done better being a bit more gentle, you're right. My intention however was not to be judgemental at all, but highlight a truth that is hidden from people, and if it can interest someone into taking action for their and their baby's health then that would make it worth the mention for me. I really care about people's health, but I'm still learning to bring the information forward in a constructive manner. It takes practice ☺

@miicat I promise I'm not trying to be rude or anything because I agree with you to an extent, but I saw you comment on someone's post not too far back about how formula feeding is absolutely unhealthy and that you could never do it.. I thought that was a bit judgemental

That's true, but I do think highlighting the actual health benefits of certain things is appropriate. Never in in a judging manner though.
