today I dont have energy to do nothing, 😢I dont know what happen, 2 days ago I lost my mucus plug and I am having contractions but not hard ones, my baby is moving like crazy I said always God knows the time but I am really tired, in pain, I walked a lil bit, my friend gave me a hot chocolate, she is mexican she said it helps...and I am praying😤 God is good

hot bath helps... reason they tell u not to do it is because it relaxes ur muscles which u want! sex helps too ;0) sperm makes ur cervix soft. i suggest some good heavy sex... not slow make u contract more than walk alot.. should help lol ive had 3 already im a pro... all under 10 hrs haha
ur probably in labor.. just be happy its not painful.. just keep count on how far apart the contractions are. i have a high tolerance in pain so it only gets painful for me when my water breaks and that happens for me when im like 4 cm open.... good luck momma!!
