There's no good reason to drink dairy. It's unhealthy and environmentally devastating. Big companies…

Refuse!! To give my kids cow milk....won't even buy it or eat food cooked with it

@mom2four210 Good choice, it's really made out to be something essential when we aren't even supposed to be consuming it 😞

Not sure why we drink from another species.....we don't see them doing it 🤔. All this talk about it having calcium.....hmmm....ever wonder where the cows her said calcium.....sun and grass lol. But to each its own

*get*

@mom2four210, Yes exactly! The only reason they focus so much on dairy calcium is because it makes so much money. If people get diseases and they can't pinpoint where it came from all the dairy and meat industries and pharmaceuticals can come together to recommend you more stuff that makes you sick so they can keep you on dangerous pills so they can profit even more from you. It's really sickening. There's plenty of plant foods to get protein, calcium and everything we need from.

Exactly!!!

almond, hemp and cashew milk is sooo much better !!

@muvah.earthh Better and healthier! I really love oat milk personally 😍

I never had that , sounds so yummy though. @miicat

@muvah.earthh You should try it sometime!

So true @miicat and the sad thing is they pull those poor calves away from their mom the sec they r born and artificial inseminate them within hours all to feed these uneducated people and poison everyone.

@txyogagirl Yes you said it. It's sad, but we can raise our awareness it helps raise the world's awareness in the long run 😊

mm iicat, yes I hope so

@miicat, sorry spell check took over haha
